Dr. Lee was born in Long Beach, California. In 1985, he received his medical degree from Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in North Miami Beach, Florida. Dr. Lee completed his Internship at Flint Osteopathic Hospital and his Residency at Detroit Osteopathic/Bi-County Community Hospitals in Michigan. He started his practice at Greenbrier Physicians in 1990 and became board certified in 1995 by The American Osteopathic Board of Surgery.

Born in Low Moor, Virginia, Dr. Parker has lived in and been an active member of our community her whole life.    She received her Medical Doctorate degree from the Marshall University School of Medicine in Huntington, WV in 2009 and will complete her surgical residency through West Virginia University – Charleston Division and Charleston Area Medical Center in June 2014.    She looks forward to moving back to the area with her husband and children, and is excited to start providing quality healthcare to the people of Greenbrier and the surrounding counties.   Dr. Parker will start seeing patients at Greenbrier Physicians, Inc. in September 2014.

Dr. Anderson was born in Ronceverte, WV. She started her career as a registered nurse prior to entering into medical school. She received her medical degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 1998 and completed her Internship and Residency in Family Practice at Raleigh General Hospital and Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in 2001.  Dr. Anderson is board certified in Family Practice and started her practice with Greenbrier Physicians in August 2001.   She was awarded the Certified Medical Director in Long Term Care designation by the AMDCP in December 2009.   She resides in Lewisburg, WV along with her family.

Dr. Flowers was born in Huntington, West Virginia. He received his medical degree from the West Virginia University School of Medicine in 1998 and rotated at Charleston Area Medical Center during his third and fourth years of medical school. He completed his internship at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland in 1999.   In 2002 Dr. Flowers completed his residency training at National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda and Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. After seven years of military service, he separated from the United States Navy where he held the rank of Lieutenant Commander. In addition to his position as an attending physician at Naval Hospital, Camp Lejeune, NC, he also was deployed to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and Keflavik, Iceland. Prior to joining Greenbrier Physicians he had been Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the West Virginia University – Charleston Division. Dr. Flowers began his practice at Greenbrier Physicians, Inc. in November of 2006. Most recently, Dr. Flowers has served our medical community as President of the Greenbrier Valley Medical Society for the past two years. He also serves on the State Medical Association Legislative Affairs Committee and has been appointed to the Perinatal Statewide Advisory Committee focusing on rural medicine throughout West Virginia.   He resides in Lewisburg, West Virginia with his family.

Dr. Kadel was born in Ft. Belvoir, Virginia. He received his medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 1996. Dr. Kadel completed his internship in June 1997 and his residency in General Surgery in June 2001, both at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Mills, MI. He completed a fellowship in General Vascular Surgery at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Browns Mills, NJ. Dr. Kadel is Dual Board Certified in General and Vascular Surgery.   He is a Fellow in the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.   The FACOS designation is granted in recognition of voluntary activities and service to advance osteopathic medicine and surgery and in recognition of adherence to the professional and ethical standards established by the profession.   Most recently, he has been practicing in Richlands, VA. Born in Richmond, Virginia, Steven C. Miller, M.D. is a native of Morgantown, West Virginia.   He is an alumnus of Morgantown High School and West Virginia University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa in 1972 in Pre-Medicine and Mountain Honorary.   He received his Medical Doctorate degree from WVU School of Medicine in 1976.   After finishing an Internship in Internal Medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1977, he decided to follow his father’s footsteps and enter the field of Orthopedics.   He returned to WVU for the start of his Orthopedic Surgical Residency in 1977-79 and completed his Orthopedic Surgical Residency at Ohio State University in 1980-81, including being Chief Resident at Riverside Hospital and Columbus Children’s Hospital in 1981.   Dr. Miller is certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners and is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons.   He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and Clinical Professor at Alderson Broaddus College in the Physician Assistant Program.   Dr. Miller began practicing at Greenbrier Physicians in February 2012.

Dr. Hanes was born in Rosyth, Fife, Scotland.  She received her degree from George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. in 1971.   Dr. Hanes completed her Internship and Residency at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC.  She has completed a fellowship in Infectious Disease at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and Walter Reed Army Medical Institute of Research as well as a fellowship in Clinical Microbiology at the University of Texas John Sealy Hospital.  Dr. Hanes is Board Certified in Internal Medicine with a Subspecialty of Infectious Disease.  She retired from the United States Air Force as a Colonel in March of 2000.   Dr. Hanes rejoined the Greenbrier Physicians Medical Department in October of 2008.

Dr. Arvan has almost twenty years of experience in the surgical and therapeutic treatment of the ocular pathology and ten years of experience in ophthalmology scientific research.
